Complimentary head to toe equipment is provided to all participants, and these clinics are designed for children with no hockey experience (no skating experience is required either). Each session is 50 minutes in length, where participants are provided entry level instruction by the Iceplex hockey instructional staff. Local coaches and players from numerous collegiate, scholastic, and youth organizations will also be on the ice, providing additional instruction, giving each participants plenty of one-on-one attention throughout the clinic.
Pre-registration is required in order to participate (through the form below), and due to limited space, children are able to sign up for only one of the clinics being offered.
Participants are urged to dress warm, and bring extra socks, as Rochester's temperatures can vary during the winter months. All equipment will be provided at the event, feel free to bring any equipment you may have already though! Full equipment is required for participation (Helmet, shoulder pads, elbow pads, stick, gloves, hockey pants, shin guards, jersey, hockey socks, and skates). After successfully registering through the form below, participants will receive an automated confirmation, securing their spot during the clinic they have registered for. Approximately one week prior to the clinic, they will receive an email which contains additional information, including the official check-in location, and changing area information.
