Monroe Community Sports Centre Corporation’s (currently named Bill Gray’s Regional Iceplex) Executive Director Christopher Woodworth, officially announced a Request for Proposals (RFP), for a new operator of the sports and entertainment facility’s restaurant and bar.
Built in 1998, MCSCC has seen substantial growth over the last decade, and is now seeking a new restaurant partner to support its vision and growth as one of the premier multi-use sports and entertainment centers in North America.
Through its industry leading operational model, world class amenities, and central location in the Northeast United States, MCSCC has become a highly sought after location for hosting large scale events—contributing to its annual foot traffic of 1.7 million visitors. Unlike seasonal sports and entertainment facilities, MCSCC’s programming, partners, and events, results in a unique opportunity of 360 operational days each year.
“Our facility has seen significant growth in the last year, and our team has many exciting new initiatives that will be launching in the coming months,” said Chris Woodworth, Executive Director of MCSCC. “This is a very exciting time for us, and an amazing opportunity for the addition of a new partner to join us, as we continue to grow in the coming years.”
