Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex has teamed up with Rochester Edge Girls Hockey, Selects Academy at Bishop Kearney, and Nazareth College Women's Hockey to host this event for girls in the Greater Rochester Area. This event will take place at Bill Gray's Regional Iceplex on October 6th, 2018 from 10:15am to 11:45am. The event is designed for girls ages 4 to 12 with no hockey experience to hit the ice in a positive environment, in an effort to try the game of ice hockey. Full hockey equipment is provided for each participant, and on ice instruction is provided by some of the top girls ice hockey coaches, along with assistance from local female players from various organizations.
